ਅਸ਼ਦੋਦ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਕਸਬੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸਨ। ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ ਅਤੇ ਕਸਬੇ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਨਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਮੱਧ ਸਾਗਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸੀ।
