Joshua 3:3
ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ, ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਜਾਂਦਿਆ ਦੇਖੋਂਗੇ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

| of the Lord | יְהוָה֙ | yĕhwāh | yeh-VA |
| God, your | אֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם | ʾĕlōhêkem | ay-LOH-hay-HEM |
| and the priests | וְהַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ | wĕhakkōhănîm | veh-ha-koh-huh-NEEM |
| the Levites | הַלְוִיִּ֔ם | halwiyyim | hahl-vee-YEEM |
| bearing | נֹֽשְׂאִ֖ים | nōśĕʾîm | noh-seh-EEM |
| ye then it, | אֹת֑וֹ | ʾōtô | oh-TOH |
| shall remove | וְאַתֶּ֗ם | wĕʾattem | veh-ah-TEM |
| place, your from | תִּסְעוּ֙ | tisʿû | tees-OO |
| and go | מִמְּק֣וֹמְכֶ֔ם | mimmĕqômĕkem | mee-meh-KOH-meh-HEM |
| after | וַֽהֲלַכְתֶּ֖ם | wahălaktem | va-huh-lahk-TEM |
