Judges 1:9
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਨਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਗਏ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨੇਜੇਵ ਵਿੱਚ, ਪਹਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਤੱਟ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ।

| in the mountain, | הָהָ֔ר | hāhār | ha-HAHR |
| south, the in and | וְהַנֶּ֖גֶב | wĕhannegeb | veh-ha-NEH-ɡev |
| and in the valley. | וְהַשְּׁפֵלָֽה׃ | wĕhaššĕpēlâ | veh-ha-sheh-fay-LA |
