Judges 16:23
ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਆ ਗਏ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਦਾਗੋਨ ਅੱਗੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਬਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਮਸੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।”
