Leviticus 4:24
ਹਾਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਕਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਾਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਬਾਹ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਬੱਕਰੀ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਹੈ।

Isaiah 53:6
