Matthew 15:18
ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹੋ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਅੱਗ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਬਦੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਹੈ। ਕਿਵੇਂ? ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੈਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਅੱਗ ਲਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਪਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਅੱਗ ਨਰਕ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Proverbs 15:28
ਇੱਕ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਆਦਮੀ ਬੋਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹਾਂ ਚੋ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬਦੀ ਹੀ ਡੁਲ੍ਹਦੀ ਹੈ।
