Numbers 10:9
“ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨਾਲ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਕੇ ਲੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਵਜਾਉ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

| the enemy | הַצַּר֙ | haṣṣar | ha-TSAHR |
| that oppresseth | הַצֹּרֵ֣ר | haṣṣōrēr | ha-tsoh-RARE |
| alarm an blow shall ye then you, | אֶתְכֶ֔ם | ʾetkem | et-HEM |
| with the trumpets; | וַהֲרֵֽעֹתֶ֖ם | wahărēʿōtem | va-huh-ray-oh-TEM |
| remembered be shall ye and | בַּחֲצֹֽצְרֹ֑ת | baḥăṣōṣĕrōt | ba-huh-tsoh-tseh-ROTE |
| before | וֲנִזְכַּרְתֶּ֗ם | wănizkartem | vuh-neez-kahr-TEM |
| Lord the | לִפְנֵי֙ | lipnēy | leef-NAY |
| your God, | יְהוָ֣ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| saved be shall ye and | אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם | ʾĕlōhêkem | ay-loh-hay-HEM |
| from your enemies. | וְנֽוֹשַׁעְתֶּ֖ם | wĕnôšaʿtem | veh-noh-sha-TEM |
| מֵאֹֽיְבֵיכֶֽם׃ | mēʾōyĕbêkem | may-OH-yeh-vay-HEM |
