Numbers 26:4
“ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਵਡੇਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।” ਇਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਸਨ:

| Moses | מֹשֶׁה֙ | mōšeh | moh-SHEH |
| and the children | וּבְנֵ֣י | ûbĕnê | oo-veh-NAY |
| of Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| forth went which | הַיֹּֽצְאִ֖ים | hayyōṣĕʾîm | ha-yoh-tseh-EEM |
