Numbers 27:3
“ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕੋਰਹ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। (ਕੋਰਹ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।) ਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।
