Acts 13:14
ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਗਾ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਸਿਦਿਯਾ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਅੰਤਾਕਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਏ। ਅੰਤਾਕਿਯਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਏ।

ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਗਏ। ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਾਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਕੁਝ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੈਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ 17:2
ਪੌਲੁਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿੱਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।

ਹਰ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ, ਪੌਲੁਸ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨਾਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਦਾ। ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਪੌਲੁਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਡਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਬੋਲਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਜ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਬਾਰੇ ਜੋ ਬਚਨ ਉਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ।

ਅੰਤਾਕਿਯਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਤਣਾ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਨਬਾਸ ਨੇ ਦਰਬੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਥੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਚੇਲੇ ਬਣ ਗਏ। ਉਹ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਲੁਸਤ੍ਰਾ, ਇੱਕੁਨਿਯੁਮ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਾਕਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਤੇ।

ਅਗਲੇ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਨਬਾਸ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਛੱਡ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ ਅਰਜੋਈ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨਾ ਉੱਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ, “ਯਿਸੂ ਹੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੈ।”
