ਜੇਕਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ, ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਾਸਤਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਦੂਕੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੁਰਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੈ।”
