ਲੋਕ ਬੜੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਯਿਸੂ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਵੱਧੀਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਬੋਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਨਣ ਅਤੇ ਗੂੰਗਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਿਲ ਵੀ ਬਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।”

ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਲੁਕਾਉਣਿਯਾ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਿਲਾਉਣ ਲੱਗੇ, “ਦੇਵਤੇ ਮਾਨਵ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਏ ਹਨ।”
