ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਬੜੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਯਿਸੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਵੇਖੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ? ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਝ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।”
