ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 1:7
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਵਾਯੂਮੰਡਲ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਯੂਮੰਡਲ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਯੂਮੰਡਲ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ।

| בֵּ֤ין | bên | bane | |
| the waters | הַמַּ֙יִם֙ | hammayim | ha-MA-YEEM |
| which | אֲשֶׁר֙ | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| were under | מִתַּ֣חַת | mittaḥat | mee-TA-haht |
| firmament the | לָרָקִ֔יעַ | lārāqîaʿ | la-ra-KEE-ah |
| from | וּבֵ֣ין | ûbên | oo-VANE |
| the waters | הַמַּ֔יִם | hammayim | ha-MA-yeem |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֖ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| above were | מֵעַ֣ל | mēʿal | may-AL |
| the firmament: | לָרָקִ֑יעַ | lārāqîaʿ | la-ra-KEE-ah |
| and it was | וַֽיְהִי | wayhî | VA-hee |
| so. | כֵֽן׃ | kēn | hane |
