ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਹਵਾ ਆਵੇਗੀ-ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਹਵਾ ਉਜਾੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ, ਤਦ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਖੂਹ ਸੁੱਕ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਝਰਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਸੁੱਕ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਹਵਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਉਡਾ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
