ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਆਦਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਾ ਸੋਚੋ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
