ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਦ ਆਦਮੀ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਸਲੂਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਖੋਹ ਲਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਸਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਕਾਨ ਖੋਹੇ।
