ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਫਿਲਿਪੁੱਸ ਮੈਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ? ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਤੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਨਾ, ‘ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ?’
