ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਤਲਾ ਕੱਪੜਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਗਾ ਹੀ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ।

ਸ਼ਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਹਰ ਕਾਸੇ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਉਹ ਦੇਣਦਾਰ ਹੈ।
