Proverbs 12:2
ਇੱਕ ਨੇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਮਿਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ, ਪਰ ਉਹ (ਯਹੋਵਾਹ) ਇੱਕ ਸੱਕੀਮੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੰਦਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਹਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦਾ, ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਲ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰਬਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਯੁੱਧ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਕਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਖਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 32:5
ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਆਦਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਲਫਂਗਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਜਣ ਆਦਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਰੋਮੀਆਂ 5:7
ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਭਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਛੁਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਬੜਾ ਹੀ ਭਲਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਛੁਕ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ।
