ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀ-ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ! ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਮਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖੋਹ ਲਈ।
