Proverbs 24:22
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਬਿਨਾ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿਤਿਆਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਣ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਉਹ ਕਿਸ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਝੱਲਣਗੇ।

Proverbs 16:14
ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਕਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਵੀ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿਆਣਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
Proverbs 20:2
ਰਾਜੇ ਦਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਬਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਕਰ ਲਵੋਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਵੀ ਗੁਆਉਣੀ ਪੈ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
Hosea 5:11

ਕਿੱਬੇ ਹੈ ਤੇਰਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ? ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਨਾ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ। ਕਿੱਥੋ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ? ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਤੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ‘ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਆਗੂ ਦੇ!’
