Psalm 104 - YLT (Punjabi)

1 Bless, O my soul, Jehovah! Jehovah, my God, Thou hast been very great, Honour and majesty Thou hast put on.ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰ। ਮੇਰੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਕੱਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋ।

2 Covering himself `with' light as a garment, Stretching out the heavens as a curtain,ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਨਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਚੋਲਾ ਪਹਿਨਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਦੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਖਿਲਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

3 Who is laying the beam of His upper chambers in the waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on wings of wind,ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਘਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੋਟੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਥ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਆਰ-ਪਾਰ ਹਵਾ ਦੇ ਖੰਬਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਵਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।

4 Making His messengers -- the winds, His ministers -- the flaming fire.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਵਾ ਦੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

5 He hath founded earth on its bases, It is not moved to the age and for ever.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸਾਰਿਆ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।

6 The abyss! as with clothing Thou hast covered it, Above hills do waters stand.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਬਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਾਣੀ ਨੇ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ।

7 From Thy rebuke they flee, From the voice of Thy thunder haste away.ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੂਰ-ਦੂਰ ਭੱਜਿਆ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਣੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਤੁਹਾਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਭੱਜ ਉੱਠਿਆ।

8 They go up hills -- they go down valleys, Unto a place Thou hast founded for them.ਪਾਣੀ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ।

9 A border Thou hast set, they pass not over, They turn not back to cover the earth.ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਦ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਪਾਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਜਣ ਲਈ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੜ੍ਹੇਗਾ।

10 Who is sending forth fountains in valleys, Between hills they go on.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਚਸ਼ਮਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਗਣ ਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਇਹ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ।

11 They water every beast of the field, Wild asses break their thirst.ਨਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਵਾਰਾ ਖੋਤੇ ਵੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

12 By them the fowl of the heavens doth dwell, From between the branches They give forth the voice.ਜੰਗਲੀ ਪੰਛੀ ਵੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਤਲਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਣੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

13 Watering hills from His upper chambers, From the fruit of Thy works is the earth satisfied.ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੋੜੀਦੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

14 Causing grass to spring up for cattle, And herb for the service of man, To bring forth bread from the earth,ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਘਾਹ ਉਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੌਦੇ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਪੌਦੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

15 And wine -- it rejoiceth the heart of man, To cause the face to shine from oil, And bread -- the heart of man it supporteth.ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦਾਖਰਸ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੇਲ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਰਮ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

16 Satisfied `are' the trees of Jehovah, Cedars of Lebanon that He hath planted,ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਇਦਾਦ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਰੁੱਖ ਬੀਜੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਲਈ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

17 Where birds do make nests, The stork -- the firs `are' her house.ਪੰਛੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਲ੍ਹਣੇ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਬਗਲੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

18 The high hills `are' for wild goats, Rocks `are' a refuge for conies,ਉੱਚੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਬਕਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹਨ। ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਚੱਟਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਚੱਟਾਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਛੁਪਣਗਾਹਾਂ ਹਨ।

19 He made the moon for seasons, The sun hath known his place of entrance.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਕਦੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਜਾਣੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਦੋਂ ਛੁਪਣਾ ਹੈ।

20 Thou settest darkness, and it is night, In it doth every beast of the forest creep.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਉਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

21 The young lions are roaring for prey, And to seek from God their food.ਸ਼ੇਰ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਹਾੜਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

22 The sun riseth, they are gathered, And in their dens they crouch.ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸੂਰਜ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਅਰਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਘੋਰਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

23 Man goeth forth to his work, And to his service -- till evening.ਫ਼ੇਰ ਲੋਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

24 How many have been Thy works, O Jehovah, All of them in wisdom Thou hast made, Full is the earth of thy possessions.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਚਮਤਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਧਰਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਪਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੁਸਾ ਸਾਜੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

25 This, the sea, great and broad of sides, There `are' moving things -- innumerable, Living creatures -- small with great.ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖੋ। ਇਹ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜੀਵ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਇੱਥੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਜੀਵ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

26 There do ships go: leviathan, That Thou hast formed to play in it.ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਲਿਵਯਾਥਾਨ, ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਜੀਵ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਜਿਆ, ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਦਾ ਹੈ।

27 All of them unto Thee do look, To give their food in its season.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

28 Thou dost give to them -- they gather, Thou dost open Thy hand -- they `are' satisfied `with' good.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਣ ਯੋਗ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚੰਗੇ ਭੋਜਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੱਥ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਜ ਜਾਣ ਤੀਕ ਖਾਣ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

29 Thou hidest Thy face -- they are troubled, Thou gatherest their spirit -- they expire, And unto their dust they turn back.ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋ, ਉਹ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹ ਕੱਢ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋ। ਉਹ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

30 Thou sendest out Thy Spirit, they are created, And Thou renewest the face of the ground.ਪਰ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਭੇਜਦੇ ਹੋ। ਉਹ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਕੋਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

31 The honour of Jehovah is to the age, Jehovah rejoiceth in His works,ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਚਮਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣੇ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਜੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

32 Who is looking to earth, and it trembleth, He cometh against hills, and they smoke.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਧਰਤੀ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕੰਬਣ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੂੰਹਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਧੂੰਆਂ ਉੱਠਣ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ।

33 I sing to Jehovah during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.ਮੈਂ ਉਮਰ ਭਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਗਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

34 Sweet is my meditation on Him, I -- I do rejoice in Jehovah.ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਖੇ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ।

35 Consumed are sinners from the earth, And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, Jehovah. Praise ye Jehovah!ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਉ। ਬੁਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਦੂਰ ਚੱਲੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਉ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੂਹ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰ।
