Psalm 112 - YLT (Punjabi)

1 Praise ye Jah! O the happiness of one fearing Jehovah, In His commands he hath delighted greatly.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰੋ! ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਡਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

2 Mighty in the earth is his seed, The generation of the upright is blessed.ਉਸਦੀ ਔਲਾਦ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਚੰਗੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਔਲਾਦ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸੁਭਾਗੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

3 Wealth and riches `are' in his house, And his righteousness is standing for ever.ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਚੰਗਿਆਈ ਸਦਾ ਰਹੇਗੀ।

4 Light hath risen in darkness to the upright, Gracious, and merciful, and righteous.ਚੰਗੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਮਕਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸ਼ੁਭ, ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਆਲੂ ਹੈ।

5 Good `is' the man -- gracious and lending, He sustaineth his matters in judgment.ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਾਖ ਹੋਣਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਲਾਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ।

6 For -- to the age he is not moved; For a memorial age-during is the righteous.ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦਾ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਪਤਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

7 Of an evil report he is not afraid, Prepared is His heart, confident in Jehovah.ਉਹ ਮਾੜੇ ਸਮਾਚਾਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।

8 Sustained is his heart -- he feareth not, Till that he look on his adversaries.ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਡਰੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

9 He hath scattered -- hath given to the needy, His righteousness is standing for ever, His horn is exalted with honour.ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਖੁਲ੍ਹਦਿਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਨੇਕੀ ਸਦਾ ਰਹੇਗੀ।

10 The wicked seeth, and hath been angry, His teeth he gnasheth, and hath melted, The desire of the wicked doth perish!ਬਦਚਲਣ ਬੰਦੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੰਦ ਕਰੀਚਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਅਲੋਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਬਦਚਲਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਉਹ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
