Psalm 139 - BBE (Punjabi)

1 <To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David.> O Lord, you have knowledge of me, searching out all my secrets.ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਲਈ: ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਗੀਤ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ।

2 You have knowledge when I am seated and when I get up, you see my thoughts from far away.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੋਂ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੋਂ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੂਰੋ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚਾਰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ।

3 You keep watch over my steps and my sleep, and have knowledge of all my ways.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੋਂ ਲੇਟਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

4 For there is not a word on my tongue which is not clear to you, O Lord.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਚਾਰ-ਚੁਫ਼ੇਰੇ ਹੋ।

5 I am shut in by you on every side, and you have put your hand on me.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਚਾਰ-ਚੁਫ਼ੇਰੇ, ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੌਲੀ ਜਿਹਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋ।

6 Such knowledge is a wonder greater than my powers; it is so high that I may not come near it.ਮੈਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ। ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੈ।

7 Where may I go from your spirit? how may I go in flight from you?ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚ ਸੱਕਦਾ।

8 If I go up to heaven, you are there: or if I make my bed in the underworld, you are there.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤੂ ਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

9 If I take the wings of the morning, and go to the farthest parts of the sea;ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਉੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵੱਲ ਪੱਛਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

10 Even there will I be guided by your hand, and your right hand will keep me.ਉੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੱਜਾ ਹੱਥ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੱਥ ਰਾਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।

11 If I say, Only let me be covered by the dark, and the light about me be night;ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਛੁਪਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਾਂ, “ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਪਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ।”

12 Even the dark is not dark to you; the night is as bright as the day: for dark and light are the same to you.ਪਰ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ। ਰਾਤ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਦਿਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਚਮਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

13 My flesh was made by you, and my parts joined together in my mother's body.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਗਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਸਾਥ ਬੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਅਜੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੇ ਗਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਂ।

14 I will give you praise, for I am strangely and delicately formed; your works are great wonders, and of this my soul is fully conscious.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਜੀਬ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਹੈ।

15 My frame was not unseen by you when I was made secretly, and strangely formed in the lowest parts of the earth.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਹਾਲੇ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਮੇਰਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book all my days were recorded, even those which were purposed before they had come into being.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹਰ-ਰੋਜ਼ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਗੁੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

17 How dear are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the number of them!ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚਾਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੰਨਾ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ!

18 If I made up their number, it would be more than the grains of sand; when I am awake, I am still with you.ਜੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣਾਂ ਨਾਲੋ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ।

19 If only you would put the sinners to death, O God; go far from me, you men of blood.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਬਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਉ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਤਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੋ।

20 For they go against you with evil designs, and your haters make sport of your name.ਉਹ ਬਦ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੰਦਾ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੰਦਾ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ।

21 Are not your haters hated by me, O Lord? are not those who are lifted up against you a cause of grief to me?ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

22 My hate for them is complete; my thoughts of them are as if they were making war on me.ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਨ।

23 O God, let the secrets of my heart be uncovered, and let my wandering thoughts be tested:ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁੱਝ ਲਵੋ। ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰੱਖ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚਾਰ ਜਾਣ ਲਵੋ।

24 See if there is any way of sorrow in me, and be my guide in the eternal way.ਵੇਖੋ ਕਿਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚਾਰ ਬੁਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਰਾਹਨੁਮਾਈ ਉਸ ਰਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਹੈ।
