Psalm 53 - ASV (Punjabi)

1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none that doeth good.ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਲਈ: ਮਹਾਲਥ ਦੀ ਧੁਨੀ। ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਭੱਗਤੀ ਗੀਤ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੌਜੁਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਭ੍ਰਸ਼ਟ, ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਖੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।

2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any that did understand, That did seek after God.ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

3 Every one of them is gone back; they are together become filthy; There is none that doeth good, no, not one.ਪਰ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਬੰਦਾ ਬੁਰਾ ਹੈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਨੇਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ।

4 Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people `as' they eat bread, And call not upon God?ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸੱਚ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ। ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਣ।”

5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was; For God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: Thou hast put them to shame, because of God hath rejected them.ਪਰ ਉਹ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਇੰਨੇ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ। ਉਹ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਨ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Then shall Jacob rejoice, `and' Israel shall be glad. Psalm 54 For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. Maschil of David; when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us?ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਲਈ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਪਰਬਤ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਵੇ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ। ਯਾਕੂਬ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਨਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਆਨੰਦਿਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
