Psalm 55:18
ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੜਿਆ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਸਦਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲੈਣ ਦਿਉ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਾਂਗਾ।

ਦਾਊਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੀਤ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੀਤ ਲਿਖਿਆ:
1 John 4:4
ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਓ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਝੂਠੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵਡੇਰਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
