ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ; ਉਹ ਹਰ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵਿਦ੍ਰੋਹ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ।
