Psalm 74 - YLT (Punjabi)

1 An Instruction of Asaph. Why, O God, hast Thou cast off for ever? Thine anger smoketh against the flock of Thy pasture.ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਭੱਗਤੀ ਗੀਤ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ?

2 Remember Thy company. Thou didst purchase of old, Thou didst redeem the rod of Thy inheritance, This mount Zion -- Thou didst dwell in it.ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਖਰੀਦ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਾਂ। ਸੀਯੋਨ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸੀ।

3 Lift up Thy steps to the perpetual desolations, Everything the enemy did wickedly in the sanctuary.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਆਪ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਦੀਮੀ ਖੰਡ੍ਹਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਗੁਜਰੋ। ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਜਾਉ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।

4 Roared have thine adversaries, In the midst of Thy meeting-places, They have set their ensigns as ensigns.ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੰਗਜੂ ਨਾਹਰੇ ਲਾਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਦਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਗਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੰਗ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਈ ਸੀ।

5 He is known as one bringing in on high Against a thicket of wood -- axes.ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਦਾਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਘਾਹ-ਫ਼ੂਸ ਵੱਢਦੇ ਹਨ।

6 And now, its carvings together With axe and hatchet they break down,ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਜਿਤ ਦਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਲਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਹੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।

7 They have sent into fire Thy sanctuary, to the earth they polluted the tabernacle of Thy name,ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਸਾੜ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ। ਉਹ ਮੰਦਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਦਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਢਹਿ-ਢੇਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

8 They said in their hearts, `Let us oppress them together,' They did burn all the meeting-places of God in the land.ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੁਚਲਣ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਸਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

9 Our ensigns we have not seen, There is no more a prophet, Nor with us is one knowing how long.ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਮਾਤੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਵੇਖ ਸੱਕੇ। ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਵਾਪਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੋਰ ਨਬੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਕੋਈ ਕੀ ਕਰੇ, ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ।

10 Till when, O God, doth an adversary reproach? Doth an enemy despise thy name for ever?ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਕਿੰਨਾ ਕੁ ਚਿਰ ਵੈਰੀ ਸਾਡਾ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਉਣਗੇ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੋਂਗੇ?

11 Why dost Thou turn back Thy hand, Even Thy right hand? From the midst of Thy bosom remove `it'.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਾ ਸਖਤ ਦੰਡ ਕਿਉਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ? ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

12 And God `is' my king of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਂ।

13 Thou hast broken by Thy strength a sea-`monster', Thou hast shivered Heads of dragons by the waters,ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਲਾਲ ਸਾਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾੜਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।

14 Thou hast broken the heads of leviathan, Thou makest him food, For the people of the dry places.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਦੈਤਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਫ਼ਤੇਹ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਤੁਸਾਂ ਲੇਵੀਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਭੰਨ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

15 Thou hast cleaved a fountain and a stream, Thou hast dried up perennial flowings.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਸ਼ਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਨੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਕਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।

16 Thine `is' the day, also Thine `is' the night, Thou hast prepared a light giver -- the sun.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਦਿਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਰਾਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਬੂ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਂ। ਤੁਸਾਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ।

17 Thou hast set up all the borders of earth, Summer and winter Thou hast formed them.ਤੁਸਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਦੀ ਸੀਮਾ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗਰਮੀ ਤੇ ਸਰਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ।

18 Remember this -- an enemy reproached Jehovah, And a foolish people have despised Thy name.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ। ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੇਪਰਤੀਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਮੂਰਖ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

19 Give not up to a company, The soul of Thy turtle-dove, The company of Thy poor ones forget not for ever.ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਘੁੱਗੀ ਨਾ ਫ਼ੜਨ ਦਿਉ। ਆਪਣੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲੋ।

20 Look attentively to the covenant, For the dark places of earth, Have been full of habitations of violence.ਸਾਡੇ ਕਰਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖ! ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਹਨੇਰੀ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਹੈ।

21 Let not the oppressed turn back ashamed, Let the poor and needy praise Thy name,ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਸਲੂਕੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਸੱਟ ਨਾ ਖਾਣ ਦਿਉ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਬੇਸਹਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

22 Arise, O God, plead Thy plea, Remember Thy reproach from a fool all the day.ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉੱਠੋ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗ ਕਰੋ। ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੂਰੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵੰਗਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ।

23 Forget not the voice of Thine adversaries, The noise of Thy withstanders is going up continually!ਆਪਣੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲੋ। ਉਹ ਬਾਰ-ਬਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
