Psalm 77
1 ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਲਈ: ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਲਈ। ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਗੀਤ। ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਰੋਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣੋ।
2 ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਲਕ, ਮੈਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਰਾਤ ਭਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ। ਮੇਰੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੇ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਨਾਮੰਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
3 ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ।
4 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸੌਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਆਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਾਂ।
5 ਮੈਂ ਅਤੀਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
6 ਰਾਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
7 ਮੈਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, “ਕੀ ਸਾਡਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੇਗਾ?
8 ਕੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲੇਗਾ?
9 ਕੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ?”
10 ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸੋਚਿਆ, “ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਤਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਸਰਬ ਉੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਖੋਹ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ?”
11 ਮੈਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਕੁਝ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
12 ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਜੋ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ।
13 ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਰਾਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਮਹਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
14 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੋ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਾਈ।
15 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਚਾਇਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦੀ ਔਲਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ।
16 ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਪਾਣੀ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਡਰ ਗਿਆ। ਡੂੰਘਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਬ ਉੱਠਿਆ।
17 ਮੋਟੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚੀ ਕੜਕ ਸੁਣੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੀਰ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਮਕੇ।
18 ਬਹੁਤ ਉੱਚੀ ਗਰਜ ਹੋਈ। ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕੰਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੱਲੀ ਧਰਤੀ।
19 ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੀ ਚੱਲੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਪਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪੈਰ ਚਿਨ੍ਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ।
20 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।

2 I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.
3 In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.
4 I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
5 Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
6 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
7 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
8 Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?
9 Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?
10 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
11 And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.
12 I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.
13 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.
14 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?
15 Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.
16 Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
17 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.
18 The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.
19 The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
20 Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.
21 Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

A Psalm of Asaph.
1 ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੀਤ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਬੁਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The mighty God, even the Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
2 ਸੀਯੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਚਮਕਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਰਮ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੈ।
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
3 ਸਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਅੱਗ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਬਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹੈ।
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
4 ਸਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇ ਉਹ ਗਵਾਹ ਹੋਣ।
He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
5 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਹੋ, ਮੇਰੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਵੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਾਰ ਹੈ ਆਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰੋ।”
Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
6 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਉਸਦੀ ਨੇਕੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.
7 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣੋ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਰਸਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ।
Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8 ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਬਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ।
I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9 ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਲਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਾੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬੱਕਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।
I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
10 ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ। ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਾਂ।
For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11 ਉੱਚੇ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਰ ਪੰਛੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਕਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਮੇਰੀ ਹੈ।
I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
12 ਮੈਂ ਭੁੱਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਭੁੱਖਾਂ ਹੋਵਾਂ ਵੀ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਗਾਂਗਾ। ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਹੈ।
If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
13 ਮੈਂ ਬਲਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਬੱਕਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੀਂਦਾ।”
Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14 ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇ ਲਿਆਵੋ। ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਵੋ। ਤੁਸਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਰਪਣ ਕਰੋ।
Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਉ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ।”
And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਬਦਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਕਰਾਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ।
But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
17 ਇਸੇ ਲਈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਡਿਠ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
18 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਚੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੱਸੱਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਭਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋ।
When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
19 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹੋ।
Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ।
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son.
21 ਤੁਸਾਂ ਇਹ ਮੰਦੇ ਕਾਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਹਾਂ। ਅੱਛਾ, ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ।
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
22 ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਏ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਸਮਝ ਲਵੋ, ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਾੜ ਸੁੱਟਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਾ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ।
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23 ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਆਦਰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਰਸਾਵਾਂਗਾ।”
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
