యూదాదేశమందు సొలొమోను కుమారుడైన రెహ బాము ఏలుచుండెను. రెహబాము నలువదియొక సంవత్సర ములవాడైనప్పుడు ఏలనారంభించెను. తన నామము నుంచుటకై ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రములన్నిటిలోనుండి యెహోవా కోరుకొనిన యెరూషలేమను పట్టణమందు అతడు పదునేడు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను; అతని తల్లి అమ్మోనీయురాలు, ఆమె పేరు నయమా.
