సౌలు ఒకే దెబ్బతో దావీదును గోడకు పొడుచుదునన్న తాత్పర్యము గలిగి యీటె విసిరెను. దావీదు అతని యెదుటనుండి తప్పించుకొనినందున ఈటె గోడకు నాటగా దావీదు ఆ రాత్రియందు తప్పించుకొని పారిపోయెను.
