Deuteronomy 11:18
కాబట్టి మీరు ఈ నామాటలను మీ హృదయములోను మీ మనస్సులోను ఉంచుకొని వాటిని మీ చేతులమీద సూచనలుగా కట్టు కొనవలెను. అవి మీ కన్నులనడుమ బాసికములుగా ఉండవలెను.

| your soul, | נַפְשְׁכֶ֑ם | napšĕkem | nahf-sheh-HEM |
| bind and | וּקְשַׁרְתֶּ֨ם | ûqĕšartem | oo-keh-shahr-TEM |
| them for a sign | אֹתָ֤ם | ʾōtām | oh-TAHM |
| upon | לְאוֹת֙ | lĕʾôt | leh-OTE |
| your hand, | עַל | ʿal | al |
| be may they that | יֶדְכֶ֔ם | yedkem | yed-HEM |
| as frontlets | וְהָי֥וּ | wĕhāyû | veh-ha-YOO |
| between | לְטֽוֹטָפֹ֖ת | lĕṭôṭāpōt | leh-toh-ta-FOTE |
