Deuteronomy 30:20
నీ పితరులైన అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబులకు ఆయన ప్రమాణము చేసిన దేశములో మీరు నివసించునట్లు యెహోవాయే నీ ప్రాణమునకును నీ దీర్ఘాయుష్షుకును మూలమై యున్నాడు. కాబట్టి నీవును నీ సంతానమును బ్రదుకుచు, నీ ప్రాణమునకు మూలమైన నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను ప్రేమించి ఆయన వాక్యమును విని ఆయనను హత్తుకొను నట్లును జీవమును కోరుకొనుడి.

ఆయన కోపము నిమిషమాత్రముండును ఆయన దయ ఆయుష్కాలమంతయు నిలుచును. సాయంకాలమున ఏడ్పు వచ్చి, రాత్రి యుండినను ఉదయమున సంతోషము కలుగును.
