Isaiah 2:17
అప్పుడు నరుల అహంకారము అణగద్రొక్కబడును మనుష్యుల గర్వము తగ్గింపబడును ఆ దినమున యెహోవామాత్రమే ఘనత వహించును.

| of man | גַּבְה֣וּת | gabhût | ɡahv-HOOT |
| down, bowed be shall | הָאָדָ֔ם | hāʾādām | ha-ah-DAHM |
| and the haughtiness | וְשָׁפֵ֖ל | wĕšāpēl | veh-sha-FALE |
| of men | ר֣וּם | rûm | room |
| low: made be shall | אֲנָשִׁ֑ים | ʾănāšîm | uh-na-SHEEM |
| and the Lord | וְנִשְׂגַּ֧ב | wĕniśgab | veh-nees-ɡAHV |
| alone | יְהוָ֛ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| exalted be shall | לְבַדּ֖וֹ | lĕbaddô | leh-VA-doh |
| in that | בַּיּ֥וֹם | bayyôm | BA-yome |
| day. | הַהֽוּא׃ | hahûʾ | ha-HOO |
