ఐగుప్తుదేశములోనుండి మమ్మును రప్పించిన యెహోవా యెక్కడ నున్నాడని అరణ్యములో అనగా, ఎడారులు, గోతులుగల దేశములో అనావృష్టియు గాఢాంధకారమును కలిగి, యెవరును సంచారమైనను నివాసమైనను చేయని దేశములో మమ్మును నడిపించిన యెహోవా యెక్కడ ఉన్నాడని జనులు అడుగుటలేదు.

אֹתָ֖נוּ ʾēt ate
out of the land מֵאֶ֣רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
of Egypt, מִצְרָ֑יִם miṣrayim meets-ra-YEEM
that led הַמּוֹלִ֨יךְ hālak ha-LAHK
אֹתָ֜נוּ ʾēt ate
us through the wilderness, בַּמִּדְבָּ֗ר midbār meed-BAHR
through a land בְּאֶ֨רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
of deserts עֲרָבָ֤ה ʿărābâ uh-ra-VA
and of pits, וְשׁוּחָה֙ šûḥâ shoo-HA
through a land בְּאֶ֙רֶץ֙ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
of drought, צִיָּ֣ה ṣiyyâ tsee-YA
and of the shadow of death, וְצַלְמָ֔וֶת ṣalmāwet tsahl-ma-VET
through a land בְּאֶ֗רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
that no לֹֽא lōʾ loh
passed through, עָ֤בַר ʿābar ah-VAHR
בָּהּ֙
man אִ֔ישׁ ʾîš eesh
no וְלֹֽא lōʾ loh
dwelt? יָשַׁ֥ב yāšab ya-SHAHV
man אָדָ֖ם ʾādām ah-DAHM
and where שָֽׁם׃ šām shahm
