Jeremiah 4:10
అప్పుడు నేనిట్లంటినికటకటా, యెహోవా ప్రభువా, ఖడ్గము హత్యచేయుచుండగా నీవుమీకు క్షేమము కలుగునని చెప్పి నిశ్చయముగా ఈ ప్రజలను యెరూషలేమును బహుగా మోసపుచ్చితివి.

| Lord | אֲדֹנָ֣י | ʾădōnāy | uh-doh-NAI |
| God! | יְהוִ֗ה | yĕhwi | yeh-VEE |
| surely | אָכֵן֩ | ʾākēn | ah-HANE |
| greatly hast thou | הַשֵּׁ֨א | haššēʾ | ha-SHAY |
| deceived | הִשֵּׁ֜אתָ | hiššēʾtā | hee-SHAY-ta |
| this | לָעָ֤ם | lāʿām | la-AM |
| people | הַזֶּה֙ | hazzeh | ha-ZEH |
| Jerusalem, and | וְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֣ם | wĕlîrûšālaim | veh-lee-roo-sha-la-EEM |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| Ye shall have | שָׁל֖וֹם | šālôm | sha-LOME |
| peace; | יִהְיֶ֣ה | yihye | yee-YEH |
| sword the whereas | לָכֶ֑ם | lākem | la-HEM |
| reacheth | וְנָגְעָ֥ה | wĕnogʿâ | veh-noɡe-AH |
| unto | חֶ֖רֶב | ḥereb | HEH-rev |
| the soul. | עַד | ʿad | ad |
| הַנָּֽפֶשׁ׃ | hannāpeš | ha-NA-fesh |
