Jeremiah 44:12
అనగా యూదావారినందరిని నిర్మూలము చేయునట్లు, నేను మీకు అభిముఖుడనగుదును; ఐగుప్తు దేశములో కాపురముందుమని అచ్చటికి వెళ్ల నిశ్చయించు కొను యూదాశేషులను నేను తోడుకొని పోవుదును, వారందరు ఐగుప్తు దేశములోనే నశించెదరు; అల్పులేమి ఘనులేమి వారందరు కూలుదురు, ఖడ్గముచేతనైనను క్షామముచేతనైనను నశింతురు, ఖడ్గముచేతనైనను క్షామము చేతనైనను వారు చత్తురు, శాపాస్పదమును భీతి పుట్టించు వారుగాను దూషణపాలుగాను తిరస్కారము నొందిన వారుగాను ఉందురు.

| Egypt of | מִצְרַיִם֮ | miṣrayim | meets-ra-YEEM |
| to sojourn | לָג֣וּר | lāgûr | la-ɡOOR |
| there, | שָׁם֒ | šām | shahm |
| and they shall all | וְתַ֨מּוּ | wĕtammû | veh-TA-moo |
| consumed, be | כֹ֜ל | kōl | hole |
| and fall | בְּאֶ֧רֶץ | bĕʾereṣ | beh-EH-rets |
