tribe שֵׁ֣בֶט šēbeṭ shay-VET
of Manasseh הַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֑ה mĕnašše meh-na-SHEH
and said וַֽיְדַבְּר֔וּ dābar da-VAHR
unto אֶת ʾēt ate
the heads רָאשֵׁ֖י rōš rohsh
of the thousands אַלְפֵ֥י ʾelep eh-LEF
of Israel, יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ yiśrāʾēl yees-ra-ALE
