అప్పుడు రాజైన ఆహాజు యాజకుడైన ఊరియాకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన దేమనగాఈ పెద్ద బలిపీఠముమీద ఉదయము అర్పించు దహనబలులను, సాయంత్రమున అర్పించు నైవేద్యములను రాజు చేయు దహనబలి నైవేద్యములను దేశపు జనులందరు అర్పించు దహనబలి నైవేద్యములను పానార్పణలను దహించి,యే దహనబలి జరిగినను, ఏ బలిజరిగినను వాటి పశువుల రక్తమును దానిమీదనే ప్రోక్షింపవలెను. అయితే ఈ యిత్తడి బలిపీఠము దేవునియొద్ద నేను విచారణ చేయుట కుంచవలెను.
