నీ తండ్రి తాను చావక మునుపు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన దేమనగామీరు యోసేపుతో నీ సహోదరులు నీకు కీడు చేసిరి గనుక దయచేసి వారి అపరాధమును వారి పాపమును క్షమించుమని అతనితో

| and their sin; | וְחַטָּאתָם֙ | wĕḥaṭṭāʾtām | veh-ha-ta-TAHM |

| did they | רָעָ֣ה | rāʿâ | ra-AH |
| unto thee evil: | גְמָל֔וּךָ | gĕmālûkā | ɡeh-ma-LOO-ha |
| now, and | וְעַתָּה֙ | wĕʿattāh | veh-ah-TA |
| we pray thee, | שָׂ֣א | śāʾ | sa |
| forgive | נָ֔א | nāʾ | na |
| trespass the | לְפֶ֥שַׁע | lĕpešaʿ | leh-FEH-sha |
| of the servants | עַבְדֵ֖י | ʿabdê | av-DAY |
