in the seventh	בַּחֹ֣דֶשׁ	baḥōdeš	ba-HOH-desh
month,	הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י	haššĕbîʿî	ha-sheh-vee-EE
on the seventeenth	בְּשִׁבְעָֽה	bĕšibʿâ	beh-sheev-AH
	עָשָׂ֥ר	ʿāśār	ah-SAHR
day	י֖וֹם	yôm	yome
of the month,	לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ	laḥōdeš	la-HOH-desh
upon	עַ֖ל	ʿal	al
the mountains	הָרֵ֥י	hārê	ha-RAY
