கர்த்தர் உன் இடுப்பு சூம்பவும், உன் வயிறு வீங்கவும்பண்ணி, உன்னை உன் ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே சாபமும் ஆணையிடுங்குறியுமாக வைப்பாராக.

கர்த்தர் உன்னுடைய இடுப்பு சூம்பவும், உன்னுடைய வயிறு வீங்கவும்செய்து, உன்னை உன்னுடைய மக்களுக்குள்ளே சாபமும் ஆணையிடும் அடையாளமாகவும் வைப்பாராக.

இது உண்மையென்றால், இந்த பரிசுத்தமான தண்ணீரை நீ குடிப்பதால் உனக்குத் துன்பங்கள் வரும். உனக்குக் குழந்தை பெறுகிற பாக்கியம் கிடைக்காமல்போகும். ஒருவேளை நீ இப்பொழுது கருவுற்றவளாக இருந்தால் அக்குழந்தை மரித்துப்போகும். பிறகு உன் ஜனங்கள் உன்னை விலக்கி வைத்து, உன் மீது குற்றங்களைச் சுமத்துவார்கள்’ என்று கூறவேண்டும். “பிறகு கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பு ஒரு விசேஷ உறுதியளிக்கும்படி அப்பெண்ணிடம் ஆசாரியன் சொல்ல வேண்டும். பொய் சொன்னால் அவளுக்குத் தீமைகள் ஏற்படும் என்பதை அவள் உணரச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
