நகரத்திற்குப் புறம்பேயிருக்கிற ஊற்றுகளைத் தூர்த்துப்போட, தன் பிரபுக்களோடும் தன் பராக்கிரமசாலிகளோடும் ஆலோசனைபண்ணினான்; அதற்கு அவர்கள் உதவியாயிருந்தார்கள்.
