দেশে ইস্রায়েলীয় ছাড়াও ইমোরীয়, হিত্তীয়, পরিষীয়, হিব্বীয় ও যিবূষীয় প্রভৃতি অনেক বাসিন্দা বাস করত|

| and Jebusites, | וְהַיְבוּסִ֔י | wĕhaybûsî | veh-hai-voo-SEE |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֛ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |

| of the children | מִבְּנֵ֥י | mibbĕnê | mee-beh-NAY |
