Psalm 113
1 প্রভুর প্রশংসা কর! প্রভুর দাসরা, তাঁর প্রশংসা কর! প্রভুর নামের প্রশংসা কর|
2 প্রভুর নাম এখনকার জন্য এবং চিরকালের জন্য ধন্য হোক|
3 যেখানে পূর্বদিকে সূর্য়োদয হয় সেখান থেকে শুরু করে পশ্চিমে যেখানে সূর্য় অস্ত যায় সেখান পর্য়ন্ত প্রভুর নামের প্রশংসা হোক|
4 প্রভু, সমস্ত জাতিগুলির উর্দ্ধে| তাঁর মহিমা আকাশ পর্য়ন্ত যায়|
5 কোন ব্যক্তিই আমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বরের মত নয়| ঈশ্বর স্বর্গের উঁচু আসনে বসেন|
6 ঈশ্বর আমাদের থেকে এত উঁচুতে আছেন য়ে আকাশ ও পৃথিবীকে দেখতে হলে তাঁকে নীচের দিকে তাকাতে হয়|
7 ঈশ্বর দরিদ্র লোকদের ধূলো থেকে ওপরে তোলেন| আস্তাকুঁড় থেকে ঈশ্বর ভিখারীদের তুলে আনেন|
8 এবং সেই সব লোকদের ঈশ্বর খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ করে তোলেন| ঈশ্বর তাদের লোকদের ওপর নেতৃত্ব করবার জন্য উচ্চ স্থানগুলি দেন|
9 একজন নারীর কোন সন্তান না থাকতে পারে| কিন্তু ঈশ্বর তাকে সন্তান দেন ও সুখী করেন| প্রভুর প্রশংসা কর!
1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.
2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.
4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,
6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.
