Psalm 86
1 আমি একজন দীন, অসহায় মানুষ| প্রভু আমার কথা দয়া করে শুনুন এবং আমার প্রার্থনার উত্তর দিন|
2 প্রভু, আমি আপনার অনুগামী| অনুগ্রহ করে আমায় রক্ষা করুন! আমি আপনার দাস, আপনি আমার ঈশ্বর| আমি আপনাতে বিশ্বাস করি, তাই আমায় রক্ষা করুন|
3 আমার প্রভু, আমার প্রতি সদয় হোন| সারাদিন ধরে আমি আপনার দাস| তাই আমায় সুখী করুন|
4 প্রভু, আমার জীবন আমি আপনার হাতে দিলাম| আমি আপনার দাস| তাই আমায় সুখী করুন|
5 প্রভু, আপনি মঙ্গলময় এবং করুণাময়| আপনার লোকেরা সাহায্যের জন্য আপনাকে ডাকে| প্রকৃতই আপনি ওই সব লোককে ভালোবাসেন|
6 প্রভু, আমার প্রার্থনা শুনুন| করুণার জন্য আমার প্রার্থনা শুনুন|
7 প্রভু, আমার সঙ্কটের সময়ে আমি আপনার কাছে প্রার্থনা করছি| আমি জানি আপনি আমায় উত্তর দেবেন!
8 ঈশ্বর, আপনার মত কেউই নেই| আপনি যা করেছেন তা আর কেউ করতে পারবে না|
9 প্রভু, আপনিই প্রত্যেকটি মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন| ওরা সবাই য়েন এসে আপনার উপাসনা করে| ওদের সকলে য়েন আপনার নামের সম্মান করে|
10 ঈশ্বর, আপনি মহান! আপনি আশ্চর্য়্য় কার্য়্য় করেন! আপনি একমাত্র আপনিই ঈশ্বর!
11 প্রভু, আপনার পথ সম্পর্কে আমায় শিক্ষা দিন এবং আমি আপনার সত্য পথ অবলম্বন করে বেঁচে থাকবো| আপনার উপাসনা করাকে আমার জীবনের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় করতে আমায় সাহায্য করুন|
12 ঈশ্বর, প্রভু আমার, আমার সকল অন্তর দিয়ে আমি আপনার প্রশংসা করি| চিরদিন আমি আপনার নামের সম্মান করবো!
13 ঈশ্বর আপনি আমার জন্য কত মহান ভালোবাসা প্রদর্শন করেছেন এবং মৃত্যুর হাত থেকে আমায় রক্ষা করেছেন|
14 ঈশ্বর, অহঙ্কারী লোকরা আমায় আক্রমণ করছে| একদল নৃশংস লোক আমায় হত্যার চেষ্টা করছে| ওই সব লোক আপনাকে সম্মান করে না|
15 প্রভু, আপনি দয়াময় ও করুণাময় ঈশ্বর| আপনি ধৈর্য়্য়শীল, বিশ্বস্ত এবং প্রেমে পরিপূর্ণ|
16 ঈশ্বর, আমার প্রতি সদয় হোন এবং দেখান য়ে আপনি আমার কথা শুনেছেন| আমি আপনার দাস, আমায় শক্তি দিন| আমি আপনার দাস, আমায় রক্ষা করুন!
17 ঈশ্বর, আপনি য়ে আমায় সাহায্য করবেন তা প্রদর্শন করে আমায় একটা চিহ্ন দিন| আমার শত্রুরা সেই চিহ্ন দেখবে এবং ওরা হতাশ হবে| সেটা প্রমাণ করবে য়ে আপনি আমার প্রার্থনা শুনেছেন এবং আপনি আমাকে সাহায্য করবেন|

2 Bow down thine ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy.
3 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
4 Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.
5 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
6 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
7 Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
8 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
9 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
10 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
11 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
12 Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
13 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
14 For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
15 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.
16 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
17 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.
18 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Lord, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
