Zechariah 13
1 সেইদিন দায়ূদ পরিবারের সদস্যদের জন্য ও জেরুশালেমে বসবাসকারী অন্যান্য লোকেদের জন্য এক নতুন ঝর্ণা খোলা হবে| এই ঝর্ণাটি হবে পাপ ও অশুদ্ধি থেকে শুদ্ধিকরণের নিমিত্ত|
2 সর্বশক্তিমান প্রভু বলেছেন, “সেইসময় আমি পৃথিবী থেকে মূর্ত্তিসমূহের নাম কেটে দেব| ভ্রান্ত ভাব্বাদীদের আর অশুদ্ধ আত্মাদের সরিয়ে দেব| লোকেরা এমনকি তাদের নামও মনে করবে না| এবং আমি ভ্রান্ত ভাব্বাদী ও অশুচি আত্মাদের পৃথিবী থেকে দূর করব|
3 যদি কেউ ভাব্বাণী অব্যাহত রাখে, তবে তাকে শাস্তি পেতে হবে| এমনকি তার পিতামাতাও তাকে বলবে, ‘প্রভুর নামে তুমিও মিথ্যা কথা বলছ|’ সে ভাব্বাণী করছে বলে তার মাতা পিতাই তাকে বিদ্ধ করে হত্যা করবে|
4 সেই সময়, ভাব্বাদীরা তাদের দর্শন ও ভাব্বাণী সম্বন্ধে লজ্জিত হবে| তারা নিজেদের ভাব্বাদী বলে সনাক্ত করবার জন্য ভাব্বাদীদের নিমিত্ত মোটা পোষাক পরবে না| তারা লোককে ঠকাবার জন্য ঐ পোষাকগুলো পরবে না|
5 তারা বলবে, ‘আমি একজন ভাব্বাদী নই| আমি একজন কৃষক, এবং ছোট বেলা থেকেই আমি মাঠে কৃষি কাজ করেছি|’
6 কিন্তু অন্য লোকেরা বলবে, ‘কিন্তু তোমার হাতের ঐ আঘাতগুলি কিসের?’ সে তখন বলবে, ‘আমি আমার বন্ধুর বাড়ী মার খেয়েছিলাম|”‘
7 সর্বশক্তিমান প্রভু বলেছেন, “আমার তরবারি মেষপালকদের আঘাত করুক! সেটা আমার বন্ধুকে আঘাত করুক! মেষপালকদের আঘাত কর এবং মেষেরা পলায়ন করবে| এবং আমি সেই ক্ষুদ্রগণকে শাস্তি দেব|
8 দেশের দুই-তৃতীয়াংশ লোক আঘাতে মারা যাবে কিন্তু এক-তৃতীয়াংশ অবশিষ্ট থাকবে|
9 তখন আমি ঐ অবশিষ্ট এক তৃতীয়াংশ লোকেদের পরীক্ষা করব| আমি তাদের বিভিন্ন সংকটে ফেলব| সেগুলো হবে তাদের অগ্নিপরীক্ষার মত ঠিক য়েমন লোকেরা আগুন ব্যবহার করে রূপোকে খাঁটি করতে অথবা সোনা খাঁটি কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করতে| তখন তারা আমার নামে ডাকবে আর আমি তাদের ডাকে সাড়া দেব| আমি বলব, ‘তোমরা আমার লোক|’ আর তারা বলবে, ‘প্রভু আমাদের ঈশ্বর|”‘
1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
3 And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the Lord: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:
5 But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.
6 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
