1 வாசல்காக்கிறவர்களின் வகுப்புகளாவன: கோராகியர் சந்ததியான ஆசாபின் புத்திரரிலே கோரேயின் குமாரன் மெஷெலேமியா என்பவன், Concerning the divisions of the porters: Of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.

2 மெஷெலேமியாவின் குமாரர், மூத்தவனாகிய சகரியாவும், And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,

3 எதியாயேல், செபதியா, யதனியேல், ஏலாம், யோகனான், எலியோனாய் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் ஐந்தாம் ஆறாம் ஏழாம் குமாரரும்; Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.

4 ஒபேத் ஏதோமின் குமாரர், மூத்தவனாகிய செமாயாவும், Moreover the sons of Obededom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth.

5 யோசபாத், யோவாக், சாக்கார், நெனெயேல், அம்மியேல், இசக்கார், பெயுள்தாயி என்னும் இரண்டாம் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் ஐந்தாம் ஆறாம் ஏழாம் எட்டாம் குமாரருமே, தேவன் அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்திருந்தார். Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.

10 மெராரியின் புத்திரரில் ஓசா என்பவனுடைய குமாரர்கள்: சிம்ரி என்னும் தலைமையானவன்; இவன் மூத்தவனாயிராவிட்டாலும் இவன் தகப்பன் இவனைத் தலைவனாக வைத்தான். Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)

11 இல்க்கியா, தெபலியா, சகரியா என்னும் இரண்டாம், மூன்றாம் நான்காம் குமாரரானவர்கள்; ஓசாவின் குமாரரும் சகோதரரும் எல்லாம் பதின்மூன்றுபேர். Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

14 கீழ்ப்புறத்திற்குச் செலேமியாவுக்குச் சீட்டு விழுந்தது; விவேகமுள்ள யோசனைக்காரனாகிய சகரியா என்னும் அவன் குமாரனுக்குச் சீட்டுப் போட்டபோது, அவன் சீட்டு வடபுறத்திற்கென்று விழுந்தது. And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counselor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

2 Meshelaemiyaavin kumaarar, mooththavanaakiya sakariyaavum, And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,

3 Ethiyaayael, sepathiyaa, yathaniyael, aelaam, yokanaan, eliyonaay ennum iranndaam moontam naankaam ainthaam aaraam aelaam kumaararum; Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.

4 Opaeth aethomin kumaarar, mooththavanaakiya semaayaavum, Moreover the sons of Obededom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth.

7 Semaayaavukku iruntha kumaarar othniyum, palasaalikalaakiya reppaayael, opaeth, elsaapaatha ennum avan sakothararum, elikoovum semakiyaavumae. The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.

8 Opaethaethomin puththirarum avarkal kumaararum avarkal sakothararumaakiya ooliyaththirkup palaththa paraakkiramasaalikalaana avarkalellaarum araுpaththiranndupaer. All these of the sons of Obededom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obededom.

9 Meshelaemiyaavin kumaararum sakothararumaana paraakkiramasaalikal pathinettuppaer. And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.

10 Meraariyin puththiraril osaa enpavanutaiya kumaararkal: simri ennum thalaimaiyaanavan; ivan mooththavanaayiraavittalum ivan thakappan ivanaith thalaivanaaka vaiththaan. Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)

11 Ilkkiyaa, thepaliyaa, sakariyaa ennum iranndaam, moontam naankaam kumaararaanavarkal; osaavin kumaararum sakothararum ellaam pathinmoontupaer. Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

12 Kaavalkaararaana thalaivarin geelth thangal sakothararukku oththa muraiyaay, karththarutaiya aalayaththil vaasalkaakkiravarkalaaych sevikka ivarkal vakukkappattu, Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.

13 Thangal pithaakkalin kudumpaththaaraakiya siriyavarkalum periyavarkalumaay inna vaasalukku innaarentu seettuppottukkonndaarkal. And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for every gate.

14 Geelppuraththirkuch selaemiyaavukkuch seettu vilunthathu; vivaekamulla yosanaikkaaranaakiya sakariyaa ennum avan kumaaranukkuch seettup pottapothu, avan seettu vadapuraththirkentu vilunthathu. And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counselor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

15 Opaethaethaemukkuth thenpuraththirkum, avan kumaararukku asuppeem veettirkum, To Obededom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.

16 Sooppeemukkum, osaavukkum mannpottu uyarththappatta valiyum kaavalukku ethirkaavalum irukkira maerpuramaana vaasalukkum seettu vilunthathu. To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.

17 Kilakkae laeviyaraana aaraுpaerum, vadakkae pakalilae naalupaerum, therkae pakalilae naalupaerum, asuppeem veettanntaiyil iranntiranndupaerum. Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.

18 Velippuramaana vaasal anntaiyil maerkae irukkira uyarntha valikku naalupaerum, velippuramaana valiyilae iranndupaerum vaikkappattarkal. At Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

19 Koraakin puththirarukkullum, meraariyin puththirarukkullum, vaasalkaakkiravarkalin vakuppukal ivaikalae. These are the divisions of the porters among the sons of Kore, and among the sons of Merari.

20 Matta laeviyaril akiyaa enpavan thaevanutaiya aalayaththup pokkishangalaiyum, pirathishtaiyaakkappadada porulkalin pokkishangalaiyum visaarikkiravanaayirunthaan. And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

21 Laathaanin kumaarar yaarental kersoniyanaana avanutaiya kumaararil thalaimaiyaana pithaakkalaayiruntha yekiyaeliyum, As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of the Gershonite Laadan, chief fathers, even of Laadan the Gershonite, were Jehieli.

22 Yekiyaeliyin kumaararaakiya seththaamum, avan sakotharanaakiya yovaelumae; ivarkal karththarutaiya aalayaththup pokkishangalai visaarikkiravarkalaayirunthaarkal. The sons of Jehieli; Zetham, and Joel his brother, which were over the treasures of the house of the LORD.

23 Amraamiyarilum, ithseyaariyarilum, eproniyarilum, oosiyaeriyarilum, silar, appatiyae visaarikkiravarkalaayirunthaarkal. Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:

24 Mosesyin kumaaranaakiya kersomin santhathiyaana sepuvael pokkishappirathaaniyaayirunthaan. And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.

25 Aeliyaesar moolamaay avanukku iruntha sakothararaanavarkal, ivan kumaaran rekapiyaavum, ivan kumaaran eshaayaavum, ivan kumaaran yoraamum, ivan kumaaran sikkiriyum, ivan kumaaran selomiththumae. And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.

26 Raajaavaakiya Davidm, aayirampaerukku athipathikalum, nooraுpaerukku athikamaana pithaakkalin thalaivarum, athipathikalum yuththaththil akappatta kollaikalil eduththu, Which Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.

28 Njaanathirushtikkaaranaakiya saamuvaelum, naerin kumaaranaakiya apnaerum, seruyaavin kumaararaakiya yovaapum, avaravar Parisuththam entu naernthukonnda anaiththum selomiththin kaiyingeelum avan sakotharar kaiyingeelum irunthathu.
