Deuteronomy 24 in Tamil

1 ஒருவன் ஒரு ஸ்திரீயை விவாகம்பண்ணிக்கொண்டபின்பு, அவளிடத்தில் இலச்சையான காரியத்தைக் கண்டு, அவள்மேல் பிரியமற்றவனானால், அவன் தள்ளுதலின் சீட்டை எழுதி, அவள் கையிலே கொடுத்து, அவளைத் தன் வீட்டிலிருந்து அனுப்பிவிடலாம். When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

2 அவள் அவனுடைய வீட்டைவிட்டுப் போனபின்பு, வேறொருவனுக்கு மனைவியாகலாம். And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.

3 அந்த இரண்டாம் புருஷனும் அவளை வெறுத்து, தள்ளுதலின் சீட்டை எழுதி, அவள் கையிலே கொடுத்து, அவளைத் தன் வீட்டிலிருந்து அனுப்பிவிட்டாலும், அவளை விவாகம்பண்ணின அந்த இரண்டாம் புருஷன் இறந்துபோனாலும், And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;

4 அவள் தீட்டுப்பட்டபடியினால், அவளைத் தள்ளிவிட்ட அவளுடைய முந்தினபுருஷன் திரும்பவும் அவளை மனைவியாகச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளக் கூடாது; அது கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக அருவருப்பானது, உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தின்மேல் பாவம் வரப்பண்ணாயாக. Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

5 ஒருவன் ஒரு பெண்ணைப் புதிதாய் விவாகம்பண்ணியிருந்தால், அவன் யுத்தத்திற்குப் புறப்படவேண்டாம்; அவன்மேல் யாதொரு வேலையும் சுமத்தவேண்டாம்; அவன் ஒரு வருஷபரியந்தம் தன் வீட்டில்தன் இஷ்டப்படியிருந்து, தான் விவாகம்பண்ணின ஸ்திரீயைச் சந்தோஷப்படுத்துவானாக. When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.

6 திரிகையின் அடிக்கல்லையாவது அதின் மேற்கல்லையாவΤு ஒருՠΰும் அடகாக εாங்கக் கςடாது, அது ܠπவனை அΟகுவாங்குεதுபோலாகும். No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.

7 தன் சகோதரராகிய இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரில் ஒருவனைத் திருடி, அதினால் ஆதாயந்தேடி, அவனை விற்றுப்போட்ட ஒருவன் அகப்பட்டால், அந்தத் திருடன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்; இப்படியே தீமையை உன் நடுவிலிருந்து விலக்கக்கடவாய். If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

8 குஷ்டரோகத்தைக்குறித்து லேவியராகிய ஆசாரியர் உங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கும் யாவையும் கவனித்துச் செய்யும்படி மிகவும் எச்சரிக்கையாயிருங்கள்; நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே செய்யக் கவனமாயிருப்பீர்களாக. Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

9 நீங்கள் எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுவருகிற வழியிலே உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் மிரியாமுக்குச் செய்ததை நினைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.

10 பிறனுக்கு நீ ஏதாகிலும் கடனாகக்கொடுத்தால், அவன் கொடுக்கும் அடகை வாங்க நீ அவன் வீட்டிற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கவேண்டாம். When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

11 வெளியே நிற்பாயாக; கடன் வாங்கினவன் அந்த அடகை வெளியே உன்னிடத்தில் கொண்டுவருவானாக. Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

12 அவன் தரித்திரனானால், நீ அவன் அடகை வைத்துக்கொண்டு நித்திரைசெய்யாமல், And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:

13 அவன் தன் வஸ்திரத்தைப் போட்டுப் படுத்துக்கொண்டு உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்படி, பொழுதுபோகும்போது, திரும்ப அந்த அடகை அவனுக்குக் கொடுத்துவிடவேண்டும்: அது உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக உனக்கு நீதியாயிருக்கும். In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

14 உன் சகோதரரிலும், உன் தேசத்தின் வாசல்களிலுள்ள அந்நியரிலும் ஏழையும் எளிமையுமான கூலிக்காரனை ஒடுக்காயாக. Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

15 அவன் வேலைசெய்த நாளில்தானே, பொழுதுபோகுமுன்னே, அவன் கூலியை அவனுக்குக் கொடுத்துவிடவேண்டும்; அவன் ஏழையும் அதின்மேல் ஆவலுமாயிருக்கிறான்; அதைக் கொடாவிட்டால் அவன் உன்னைக் குறித்துக் கர்த்தரை நோக்கி முறையிடுவான்; அது உனக்குப் பாவமாயிருக்கும். At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.

16 பிள்ளைகளுக்காகப் பிதாக்களும், பிதாக்களுக்காகப் பிள்ளைகளும் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டாம்; அவனவன் செய்த பாவத்தினிமித்தம் அவனவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும். The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

17 நீ அந்நியனுடைய நியாயத்தையும் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளையின் நியாயத்தையும் புரட்டாமலும், விதவையின் வஸ்திரத்தை அடகாக வாங்காமலும் இருந்து, Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:

18 நீ எகிப்திலே அடிமையாயிருந்ததையும், உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னை அங்கேயிருந்து மீட்டுக்கொண்டுவந்ததையும் நினைப்பாயாக; ஆகையால், இப்படிச்செய்யும்படி நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன். But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

19 நீ உன் பயிரை அறுக்கையில் உன் வயலிலே ஒரு அரிக்கட்டை மறதியாய் வைத்து வந்தாயானால், அதை எடுத்து வரும்படி திரும்பிப் போகவேண்டாம்; உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன் கைப்பிரயாசத்திலெல்லாம் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்படி, அதைப் பரதேசிக்கும் திக்கற்றபிள்ளைக்கும் விதவைக்கும் விட்டுவிடுவாயாக. When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.

20 நீ உன் ஒலிவமரத்தை உதிர்த்துவிட்டபின்பு, கொம்பிலே தப்பியிருக்கிறதைப் பறிக்கும்படி திரும்பிப் போகவேண்டாம்; அதைப் பரதேசிக்கும் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளைக்கும் விதவைக்கும் விட்டுவிடுவாயாக; When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

21 நீ உன் திராட்சப்பழங்களை அறுத்தபின்பு, மறுபடியும் அதை அறுக்கத் திரும்பிப்போகவேண்டாம்; அதைப் பரதேசிக்கும் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளைக்கும் விதவைக்கும் விட்டுவிடுவாயாக. When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

22 நீ எகிப்திலே அடிமையாயிருந்ததை நினைப்பாயாக; ஆகையால், இப்படிச் செய்யும்படி நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன். And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

1 Oruvan oru sthireeyai vivaakampannnnikkonndapinpu, avalidaththil ilachchaைyaana kaariyaththaik kanndu, avalmael piriyamattavanaanaal, avan thalluthalin seettaை eluthi, aval kaiyilae koduththu, avalaith than veettilirunthu anuppividalaam. When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

2 Aval avanutaiya veettaைvittup ponapinpu, vaeroruvanukku manaiviyaakalaam. And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.

3 Antha iranndaam purushanum avalai veraுththu, thalluthalin seettaை eluthi, aval kaiyilae koduththu, avalaith than veettilirunthu anuppivittalum, avalai vivaakampannnnina antha iranndaam purushan iranthuponaalum, And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;

4 Aval theettuppattapatiyinaal, avalaith thallivitta avalutaiya munthinapurushan thirumpavum avalai manaiviyaakach serththukkollak koodaathu; athu karththarukku munpaaka aruvaruppaanathu, un thaevanaakiya Karththar unakkuch suthantharamaakak kodukkum thaesaththinmael paavam varappannnnaayaaka. Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

5 Oruvan oru pennnnaip puthithaay vivaakampannnniyirunthaal, avan yuththaththirkup purappadavaenndaam; avanmael yaathoru vaelaiyum sumaththavaenndaam; avan oru varushapariyantham than veettilthan ishdappatiyirunthu, thaan vivaakampannnnina sthireeyaich santhoshappaduththuvaanaaka. When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.

6 Thirikaiyin atikkallaiyaavathu athin maerkallaiyaavaΤு oruՠΰுm adakaaka εாngak kaςdaathu, athu ܠπvanai aΟkuvaanguεthupolaakum. No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.

7 Than sakothararaakiya Israel puththiraril oruvanaith thiruti, athinaal aathaayanthaeti, avanai vittaுppotta oruvan akappattal, anthath thirudan kolaiseyyappadavaenndum; ippatiyae theemaiyai un naduvilirunthu vilakkakkadavaay. If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

8 Kushdarokaththaikkuriththu laeviyaraakiya aasaariyar ungalukkup pothikkum yaavaiyum kavaniththuch seyyumpati mikavum echcharikkaiyaayirungal; naan avarkalukkuk kattalaiyittapatiyae seyyak kavanamaayiruppeerkalaaka. Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

9 Neengal ekipthilirunthu purappattuvarukira valiyilae ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar miriyaamukkuch seythathai ninaiththukkollungal. Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.

10 Piranukku nee aethaakilum kadanaakakkoduththaal, avan kodukkum adakai vaanga nee avan veettirkul piravaesikkavaenndaam. When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

11 Veliyae nirpaayaaka; kadan vaanginavan antha adakai veliyae unnidaththil konnduvaruvaanaaka. Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

12 Avan thariththiranaanaal, nee avan adakai vaiththukkonndu niththiraiseyyaamal, And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:

13 Avan than vasthiraththaip pottup paduththukkonndu unnai aaseervathikkumpati, poluthupokumpothu, thirumpa antha adakai avanukkuk koduththuvidavaenndum: athu un thaevanaakiya karththarukku munpaaka unakku neethiyaayirukkum. In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

14 Un sakothararilum, un thaesaththin vaasalkalilulla anniyarilum aelaiyum elimaiyumaana koolikkaaranai odukkaayaaka. Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

15 Avan vaelaiseytha naalilthaanae, poluthupokumunnae, avan kooliyai avanukkuk koduththuvidavaenndum; avan aelaiyum athinmael aavalumaayirukkiraan; athaik kodaavittal avan unnaik kuriththuk karththarai Nnokki muraiyiduvaan; athu unakkup paavamaayirukkum. At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.

16 Pillaikalukkaakap pithaakkalum, pithaakkalukkaakap pillaikalum kolaiseyyappadavaenndaam; avanavan seytha paavaththinimiththam avanavan kolaiseyyappadavaenndum. The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

17 Nee anniyanutaiya niyaayaththaiyum thikkatta pillaiyin niyaayaththaiyum purattamalum, vithavaiyin vasthiraththai adakaaka vaangaamalum irunthu, Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:

19 Nee un payirai araுkkaiyil un vayalilae oru arikkattaை marathiyaay vaiththu vanthaayaanaal, athai eduththu varumpati thirumpip pokavaenndaam; un thaevanaakiya Karththar un kaippirayaasaththilellaam unnai aaseervathikkumpati, athaip parathaesikkum thikkattapillaikkum vithavaikkum vittuviduvaayaaka. 21 Nee un thiraatchappalangalai araுththapinpu, maraுpatiyum athai araுkkath thirumpippokavaenndaam; athaip parathaesikkum thikkatta pillaikkum vithavaikkum vittuviduvaayaaka.
